I thought Kenn Starr was from Baltimore? Or PG County, Maryland? Rappers from Maryland/Virginia/Below the Mason-Dixon line/etc shouldn't be considered Southern rappers, because their accents and styles don't fit. Should we also be saying that the Carolinas and Florida alike are "East Coast"?
