With a new album set to hit stores tomorrow and an alter ego running wild, T.I. seems to be experiencing déjà vu.

After crowning himself King with his last offering, fans agreed with him, pushing the album to platinum plus status. On the even of T.I. vs. T.I.P. hitting store shelves, T.I. (or is it T.I.P.?) is crowning this one a certified classic.

In a recent interview with MTV, the self proclaimed King of the South says this is his best album to date and the best album in Hip Hop today. "The absolute best hip-hop has to offer right now," he says of the album."This is my best body of work, hands-down, and not only my best album, but it's the best [hip-hop] album to be dropped in a number of years.”

Tip takes it one step further by comparing the album to several certified Hip Hop classics. “You have to go back to Aquemini, All Eyez on Me, Reasonable Doubt, Ready to Die. You have to go back to all those classics to compare this album to."

With nearly every rapper touting their new releases as classics, only time will tell if T.I. vs. T.I.P. measures up to Hip Hop’s other classic albums. Someone needs to slap T.I. and T.I.P.

But yes this album was a total dissapointment, not because all the joints are wack but because it was so hyped and turned out to be a pretty mediocre album with one or two great tracks.

T.I. v.s T.I.P. was a terrible album. And it was not better then KING. You’d at least expect the sequel to the best selling album of '06 to have some good beats on it, but no.

This album isn't a classic, but its not bad either. It's a 3.5/5...

The way the album is laid out is brilliant. The first half being TIP, the second half TI, then the two battling it out at the end.

It's got a few club bangers too
