Well, this is not a manip, this not a vector and I didn't use no filter or whatever plugin. I actually drew all of this from start to end in Photoshop with brushes and a pen tablet. I had a photograph on the side as a reference, so I was drawing while looking at it, but I didn't try much to do the same face though...

The outline really takes a lot away from it. I've been wanting to learn how to paint with photoshop for a while.

Her nose and lips look a bit out of place.

But overall, I quite like it =D

anyways, if you manipulate a picture, its a minip right, like every gfx in one way or another is some form of manip almost right.
