I stay in the UK and the iPhone is coming out soon....

I currently have a w810 and thinking of upgrading when i get paid..

LOL, that's only about 4 months away. We'd be lucky to get sun-light until then. :(

I'd expect the iPhone to cost about £200. They're gonna have trouble pushing phones with a higher price tag especially since it's locked to the O2 network.

Perhaps if the prices are a bit more decent until then, and it didn't arrive to Spain yet, I'll get an English one and just unlock it. There's a lot of software floating around lately.

The camera is shit as well, lol. It totally got ripped apart on The Gadget Show. It's more of a fashion icon than anything else because the productivity doesn't look too good. I guess 'pussy' is better than 'no pussy'.:D

Tomorrow, I'll try and find if someone has added the 'The Gadget Show' video onto youtube. It seemed to be a nuisance compared to the Nokia N95 and it failed miserable in the real world experiment.

Well I just read a quick review, and when you post the apple page its obvious its gonna look great by their standards...

Battery Life: Honestly, with using only basic phone features, I've had the phone last up to 24-36 hours before I felt it needed a charge. Never under a day.

Keep in mind that they were all resized from 1600x1200.

Internet: It's sweet. Full HTML browser, and pages load fairly quick. With WiFi they load fast, with Edge, sorta slow but normally I have WiFi.

Maps: Integrated into the phone. Easy to use and I've actually saved myself from getting lost with it. Has satellite view as well.

Durability: The screen is amazing. No scratches no nothing. Although a few days after getting it, I got the Apple certified screen protectors and a case-mate case. The case kicks ass. I've tested a few and this one is the only one that gives me decent grip, slender, and mobility.

Text Messaging: Fucking amazing. It's interface is like AIM.

Keyboard: Takes maybe 5-30 minutes to get used to it. Once you get used to it, it's extremely fast. It has a very nice "auto" recognize feature. You have to try it to believe it really.

Ringtones: I can make my own, can you?

Software: Lets not forget that all the other phones have proprietary software. Apple has stated that come January they are going to be releasing an official SDK allowing developers all over the world to make mods and gadgets.

It's also already loaded with a bunch of useful stuff. Worldwide Clock, Interactive Weather, Youtube Integrated, Stocks, Notes(I use this a lot), Calculator, iTunes and Calendar.

Price: $400 and then 80/mo after that. I have the unlimited everything data plan. $60 is 200 text messages and unlimited everything else. Not that bad considering it's that sexy!
