I found this guy called Wilskinit completely by accident... I typed in 1 Time 4 Your Mind to look for some other album, and I found out about this guy. I bought it as I liked the samples, and he was pretty decent. He has a nice delivery, some nice lyrics and some great beats. All in all a good album.

Oh yeah. I'm a big Why? and Themselves fan, found the album Ten somewhere and was blown away, so I got their self titled album. Dope shit. Anticon artists get a lot of hate (though I think Clouddead its self is signed to like Ninja Tune or somewhere), but a lot of them are very nice.

Hell yeah, Tragic Epilogue is one of my favorite albums. I first heard about them through El-P, I think Beans and him did some shit. That and the joint Pharoahe & L.I.F.E. Long did with them.

Tonedeff was kinda obscure when I bumped into his page... I was on some message board in like 2001, and there was all these textcee's - one guy named GhOsTwRiTaH had finally made the jump to audio... only I knew it sounded familiar, and that I'd heard it before. I looked through the mp3.com sites I'd been checkin' out and got to the Deacon the Villain page, where he had some short "Freestyles" - I found the track he linked to, and busted him - then Deacon and Tonedeff both registered to the message board and started raggin' on the guy like crazy (he disappeared obviously... prolly changed his name to Iron Barz)... so I checked out the Session link in Deacon's favorite artists, and then the Tonedeff link in Session's faves... and it was pretty nice to hear, and all he had up was some stuff from Monotone.

50 Cent... a friend of mine on here from NY sent me How To Rob around, I don't know, like 2000 or something when Dreamcast was still around. It was dope, but I forgot all about him til GRODT came out... wish I couldda signed him somehow lol

...almost everybody we like online from JMT to IT, was a guest on someone's track or was posted in some thread, and plenty of people you just catch on mixtapes or opening acts that are ill... Don Blas was one I can remember from here when Mob Style opened at Wu in '97.

I saw Reef Tha Lost Cauze open for some random show here in Philly at least a year before Feast Or Famine dropped. I was a fan ever since.

I'd have to say Tonedeff i didn't find him by accident but was completely unaware
of what all the fuss was about but now i understand.
