From the west coast?

Few things I would have to say is that Im looking VERY forward to hearing his debut album drop on Aftermath Records around next year. Ive herd 2 mixtapes of his this yr that were enough for me to say that Bishop Lamont is bout to drop something serious in 08'......Shit, Im watching out for this mothafucka more than Saigon and Papoose at the moment, real talk. Dudes real nice on the lyrics tip, and could help bring the west coast back if all goes well.....

I know there some Bishop Lamont heads on here, b-sides Bunz and myself on here....Where yall at?

I'm anticipating his album. I like a lot of the newer Aftermath artists, and I'm hoping Detox puts some of these guys on the map.

Speaking of which, if you guys haven't heard him...check out Bobby Creekwater.

I'm actually the opposite. Bishop is probably the only up and coming artist from Shady/Aftermath that I think has any talent (Stat Quo occasionally shows potential).

The CALtroit album Bishop Lamont did with Black Milk earlier this year is pretty fucking dope, I posted up in the D/L section but I have a feeling most of you slept on it.

I don't know how Dre is going to find the time to work on the album's of Bishop Lamont, Stat Quo, Joell Ortiz, Raekwon, AND Busta Rhymes... Too many people have dropped off Aftermath without having an album released. If there's anyone Dre should be focusing in besides himself it's Joell Ortiz and Raekwon.

^ That's the story of any label though. A lot of succesful labels sign a lot of potential artists, they hang around for awhile, don't do much...then leave.

He has skills if he dedicates himself I'm sure he'll do quite well .

I wasn't really likin' him on the Re-Up, but I was meaning to check out the one Bunz posted

That one.

You think the link still works? I might check it out tomorrow or when I get an external hardrive later this week.

I never really cared for bobby creek water though.
I heard him say alot of shit that has already been said before on there he is
but still that beat is sick...
Unfortunately beats alone get tired after awhile I don't know if he's anything beyond some shit I'd bump in the car.

But there is some hype beiing thrown aroound thats hes disturbing as eminem least thats wat dr.dre says. But im sorry hes not.

Caltroit was great and most of what I've heard from him has been good so I think he should be able to make a solid album especially with Dre producing it.
