How come I can't create a topic anymore in the general hip-hop forum. On the bottom of the screen it says I can, but when I try to it says I can't? I was away for a few weeks so now I can't create any new topics? Can someone give me this ability back?

I believe you need 25 posts to create a topic in the hip hop forum.

prolly do need some post counts before creating a thread because all noobs do is spam on the site, this jus slows them down a bit because they cant make their own threads

As said, you need more posts. Perhaps you're already able now, if not just keep posting.
