ok as you can probably tell im not to smart when it comes to hip hop
im pretty sure i know what this means but can someone explain it to me so i know for sure

im wanting to know what people mean by "i dont like his flow" or "he didnt deliver it to good" and "he dont stay on beat at all" etc

and also want to educate me on anything else like that kind of stuff that i probably dont know

Flow is the ability to vocalize lyrics rhythmically and skillfully, in a coherent manner.

Delivery is like flow, how one "delivers" his rhymes.

And staying on beat is more or less an artist's flow relative to the beat being rapped over (if the rhythm of the flow matches the rhythm of the beat).
