This is a HIGHLY under-rated cd.

i'm always seeing it at the bottom of peoples Gang Starr lists, or close to it. I can never decide what my favorite gang starr album is. i would say Full Clip, if it counted.
Daily Operation serves Hard to Earn proper mad wae it, i decided that.
Guru was at the top of his game. he says himself that they elevate with the times, and his flow matured from the earlier days, smoothing out a bit and becoming a bit more playful than the classic guru-monotone.

And dont even get me started on Premier. anyone who has a problem with premier can suck cock, because its clear that they have absolutely no taste, whatsoever.

I'd put it third, behind Moment of Truth and Step In The Arena. It's not underrated at all, i hear most heads saying it's there best album..

I don't like it that much, it's not as good as "Step In The Arena", "Hard To Earn" or "Moment Of Truth". The production is quite boring.

It's definitely a great album, but Moment of Truth and Hard To Earn as a whole are better

B.Y.S. is one of my favorite Gang Starr songs
