Ok, some of you might not give a fuck about this..lol..if you can understand it...but anyway, whatever

Aside from Bob Marley and all the legends,

This is probably the first MODERN dancehall track that I've heard that actually impressed me.

I know there are others but i think this one stands out..

I was born in USA and grew up in Jamaica if you want to know...

It would be 100x better if he didn't say "fuckin' in every single line of the damn song...but thats his contribution and I respect that...

Busy Signal - These are the fucking days -

Lyrics -

Yea gotta stay concious
gotta get ma bread gotta keep ma head up

These are the fucking days
When the gal (girl) dem in dem teens hav the fuckin AIDS
Nuff Yute nuh hav degrees but dem hav the grades
Picture dis n try fi see it wid yu f---ing ears

These are the fuckn times
When your sneakers aint your only nines
Some weh call pon jesus a dem commit the crimes
Nuff illiterate n still a read between the lines
Those are the fucking dudes, claim!! dem a yu fren n want yu fuckin food
Then some a dem a rob, while some a dem rape, while some a DEM kill, while some a DEM shoot, is like we need a rated R pon the fuckin news

These are the fucking days when yu caan trust police wid dem dutty (dirty) ways
Juvenile a run the streets wid the fuckin K's
Yo Yu caan even rest in peace in yu fuckin grave

Everyday the same shit, different gal same dick
Different flow, same spit, different drugs same ship
Same Busy, different hits
With different messages reaching out to everyone in ALL different communities
Yea These are the fuckin things, that make a fuckin DJ wanna fuckin sing
Mi caan belive the baby madda dash the pickney in the thing we pissin in
Baby fadda beat har wid the thing a glistening

These are the fucking days Yu affi hustle in the street like a fuckin slave
Then boss a work the least get the fuckin raise
Yu nuh c say di leaders need fi step up the pace

Listen to these fuckin facts
Who nuh hav a smith n wesson hav a fucking glock
Coppa whistle somebody missin when you here it stop
Anotha madda bawl while she suffer the lost
Well up to the fucking streets
Chalk line white sheet regular we see it
Less fortunate get treated like sum refugees
But dont get fed up keep ya head up stay on yu feet
Right now we are at a fucking stage
This day and age is like we locked up inna fucking cage
A me a tell yu the say system need fi rearrange
Its kinda strange mi waan fi buy a range but the price outta range
Watch how yu fucking move
Killers in the street always got sumn to prove
Watch yu step yu betta watch the fuckin way yu choose
Be careful how yu live yu life cah dem will out yu fuse
These days at the airport dem waan yu tek off belt kick off airforce
Tek weh cologne Roll on toothpaste weh dem hear bout
Mi feel woulda pull mi fuckin hair out
These are the fuckin days when yu affi sing say these are the fuckin days

Busy Signal is Hot man i got a couple of Dudes other tunes somewhere on a cd.
Movado's got some good shit too but Anthony B,Jah Cure & Gyptian are at the top of my list.
And this song is good too i usually hear him over some fast paced stuff but he works this slow flow shit cool stuff man.

EDIT : Here's one of my favorite Gyptian Tunes if ya haven't heard it check it out.
