ah right, that "Esco lets go" part needs removed

i'll be surprised if this is on the album though
probably will serve as a pre album song like 'Where Yall At' & 'The N'

that illseed of allhiphop rumppurs seems like a poof
they way i read his stuff it seems like he sits at the bottom of his bed laying flat on his belly typing on his laptop while speaking on the phone in some poofy camp american teenage girl style way

the Nas stan in me wants to say it'll be good but i'm split right now

depends, with the producers he's workin with it'll be hit or miss

he's workin with most of the people who did beats on American Gangster like Sean C & LV, No I.D., DJ Toomp and i liked most beats on there so i'm leaning more to the good side ...

i think DJ Toomp is capable of making another type of Made You Look type song with him

i'll just have to wait and see

when is it dropping anyway?
i hear mad shit about it like
def jam doesnt want to release it, they want him to the change the name etc....

I'm guessing he'll have to drop this album on an indie label, because I can't see Universal Music Group allowing Def Jam to distribute an album called 'Nigger'.

that'll probably be the case

I mean everything was good except for the fact that Jay was rapping about drugs and about his life which was like 20 years ago even though he's like a multimillionaire, but that doesn't make the beats bad.

Because everyone is too busy being a disappointed Jay-Z fan. People who usually didn't listen to Jay-Z loved it because they were able to appreciate it for what it was, while the Jay-Z fans were busy comparing it to Reasonable Doubt.

Hum, no.

Let's all get this clear, american gangster wasn't that good. The production is, to me at least, correct, but nothing past that. No beat made me go like damn... at all. Then the lyrics... we all know jay dumbs down his shit... Then the subjects... Maybe it was just to fit the movie, but just another album about drugs and shit. And the guests, fucking lil wayne? Nah.

Bad album, to me at least.

I liked Curtis more then I liked AG, ffs...

There is one song on AG that's in my playlist, and there's 900 songs in it...
