I'd say on average a really rare cassette is worth about half of the value of the cd of the same album. Goin Out Lika Soldier goes for about $50, I could probably sell my cassette on ebay for $20-25.

A lot of really obscure stuff never came out on cd at all, which would make them valuable. In general though, cassettes aren't worth anything if the cd is generally available for a decent price.
