Yea. I passed out a link to this in the shoutbox earlier.

I happen to hate the production to American Gangster, preventing me from listening to the lyrics.

The beats used for OutKast's Aquemini soothes the experience.

This shouldn't be slept on if you feel Organized Noize.

Butchering a classic album would be placing Jay's lyrics on a Beatles album.

Mixing them seamlessly with another hip-hop album is innovation.

I don't see why you wouldn't like it, the songs sound natural.

It's not innovation because firstly it's been done before, and secondly it's just editing and not creative at all. Aquemini should be left the way it is.

I love Aquemini, but the entire concept isn't meant to improve on Aquemini.

It's meant to give a different feel to American Gangster... which sucked.

Haven't checked this out but, i liked the production on American Gangster. The beat for Falling is dope. American Dreaming, Pray, Success all had dope beats. It kinda had a jazzy soulful feel to it which i love.

Maybe i just like the samples, like the pray beat, its got this building up epic feel to it. That little pray vocal sample sound dope how it echos in the background. American dreamings got that soulful sample for the hook, it just lets me chill and relax when i listen to it. I'll check out this in a bit though. I don't know if I'm going to like it as much though i don't see how the beats from Aquemini will fit the tone of American Gangster.
