Nas has turned himself in to police after assault charges were filed against him after a fight in December 10th.
Nas was at Ciclo, a club in Manhattan, when a man confronted Nas and said that he grabbed him earlier that night. That led to a fight where the bouncers stepped in and broke it up.

Later, when the bouncers were talking to Nas, he flung a bottle at the man who started the fight. The guy got cut from the bottle and the next thing you know, Nas is up on charges.
