HitEmUp.com has received word that Irv Gotti and Ja Rule have indeed made official moves to sign Fatal Hussein to their label, but the deal has been blocked by Rap-A-Lot Records. The label's CEO, J Prince refuses to let Fatal out of his recording contract with Rap-A-Lot, on which Fatal released his second album, the self-titled Fatal in December 2002. Fatal has already recorded material for a follow up album which is planned for release this year.

Fatal is currently on tour with Murder Inc, and it has been confirmed he will be working with the label in the near future even if he is not signed to it. (See Fatal working with Ja Rule and Murder Inc)
