let me try and explain this the best I can.

Two members that battle and are considered the best each pick 4 people to be on thier side.
But they can only pick one at a time ex. "leader 1 picks person1, leader 2 picks person2 and so on.
then the leaders says who faces who and we battle and the team with remaining members wins.
