When I first got it I hated Volume One but recently I've been falling in love wit this album like everysong this album has made me go back and listen to all the albums and notice those lines that I wasn't really paying attention to. He's got some vicious lines and this is like vintage Jay-Z. Volume 2 same thing this is the album that really put Jay on with everyone who was sleeping cuz of the song Hard Knock Life and then it was just full of hits and radio bangers. Then you got Volume 3 which kinda like set the tone for the new school Jay the Jay we all know now. This is when like he stopped rapping fast (which I do kinda miss lol) on regular tempo tracks AND also when he diversified his arsenal of producers. Actually he did that on Volume 2 but this still kinda set the tone fuh shit going into the whole dynasty-blueprint-black album shit shit. So what chall thank?

All except for Volume Three. Volume THree was good lyrically. But it doesn't compare to RD, Volume 1, or Volume 2.
