sorry bout the length of this post and the ranting:

am i the only one angry at how that album has been delayed though! in better dayz we were told that the "tupac shakur unreleased double album" would be out in "fall 2003". What we got instead was the horrific deathrow released "nu mixx" and the ok resurrection soundtrack. Minor, but thing is, i been scouring the net for any news of that double album at least once a month all of 2004 and as far as i can see, there have no press releases about this failure, again, to live up to their promises.

It can't be lack of money because i remember reading somewhere (hitemup.com) that they been involved in tax fraud anyway, in terms of how they owe the IRS $85,260 from pac's estate so money can't be a problem, :P Plus we, the fans, have filled the pockets of pac's mum and her friends at amaru records full of OUR money from our love of tupac's immense talent and also thanks to HIS energy he put in before he died in leaving us an amazing legacy. The tracks are done, and all they had to do was tidy em up, or re-produce/remix the beat, it can't be that hard!

Also, they cant use the excuse that they are searching around for the right people to accompany him in the songs to give us fans the best material possible because if they took the time to check tupac forums to see how HIS fans feel bout their efforts, they would see a lot of anger flying around about some of the accompanying artists they have chosen to go with pac. people who pac either hated, had grief with or never even met and maybe would never have even considered rhyming with had he still been alive.

Amaru records are acting like those cpu corporations do. They develop cpu's that are like 10times faster than the fastest cpu out right now, but release it bit by bit over years and years so as to maximise profit off us. Hence, in pac's case, the mix tapes of old stuff, and remix albums and the odd soundrack with only 4 new songs to keep us spending money while waiting for the REAL goods.

Come on amaru records, if pac could record a huge legacy of over a hundred/200 songs in a few months for your bank vault, i'm sure you can remix a double album of unreleased material in 1yr and 5months for the fans!

Thanks for reading
p.s. look out for another mixtape out june 2004:

Label: Koch Records
Title: 2pac
Release Date: June 29th, 2004
Item Number: KOC-CD-5746
UPC Number: 099923574620

probably another Nu Mixx Klazzics wannabe of old material to make the vultures richer, this time some koch records. And i thought trapp was bad! I think koch records are deathrow's distibuters.

p.p.s. we were told, also in better dayz' cover, that the resurrrection soundtrack would be out in spring 2003, so its not a bonus, just a late release of something they'd planned to release.
