I'm gettin' charged with attempted murder. All because a bitch couldn't keep a rude comment to herself.

This whole thing started out .. I was showin' some pictures I recently gotten developed and I happened to drop a photo of my little sister onto the ground. A girl I didn't even know picked up the picture and she said ..

GIRL: "Ew, who is that?"
ME: "My little sister."
GIRL: "Your sister is fuckin' nasty."
ME: "Excuse me bitch?"
GIRL: "You herd me."
ME: "Step up to my face and say that."
GIRL: *Laughs* ... *Walks up to my face*
GIRL: "Your sister is fuckin' nasty"

So as soon as she finished saying "Nasty" .. I grabbed a hold of her throat and started choking her. I had her gripped tightly and was not about to let go. I was in shock, so I didn't even know what I was really doin'. She started turnin' colors and she started gaspin'. When I seen a tear fall from her eye, I let go and backed away. If i'da held on any longer I woulda killed the girl on the spot.

When I let go of the girl .. She backed up and grabbed a hold of her neck. And when she let go .. There were fat ass marks on her neck. She walked away in silence. The last thing I said to her was ...

ME: "Let it be known, you got shit to say about my sister, i'll go as far as killing you and your punk ass crew .. And there is no doubting my words .. Cause bitch .. I NEVER front."

Now I could be getting charged with "Attempted Murder."

Hmmm..I think I would have handled it relatively similar. I'm not into chokin' people any more, though, so we would have to settle with crackin' skulls. The thing is, these people say things without thinking about the consequences. I think she got what she deserved..

Yea. I understand where your commin' from. I really don't wanna be doin' time again either .. It'll fuck up everything I have goin' for me right now. But, my little sister means everything to me .. And i'm the only family she has left .. Really I'd go as far as killing anyone for her.

Sorry for being an outkast but unless there's something you're leaving out I see no reason for her to have gotten choked for what she said. Yes it was wrong, but choking her in my mind was not the thing to do. It was very erroneous. She gave you no reason to inflict physical harm to her. And the fact you did it so hard without realizing it to the point she was turning colors makes me think you have some shit goin on in your head. Now even tho I said she gave you no reason to inflict physical harm on her, I prolly woulda punched her myself I aint gone hold you...but THAT'S IT (if THAT much). Just my personal opinion. I woulda known it was wrong though and I think what you did was wrong and trust just about anything you do to somebody above the belt they can find a reason to consider it attempted murder.

Sucks ass man, I would whoop anybodies ass said shit 'bout my girl, my crew or any of the people I hold dear. You did it for a good reason, similar thing happened to me the other day, kid was trying to get me to hurt him so I'd get in shit, I did, I picked him up and threw him. When he landed on his head on a steel manhole I kicked him in the side. The principal was standing right there and she just told us to say sorry...

when i started reading this, i assumed you were a guy, and i started tripping when people were praising you.
But, you are a girl, and i guess u had every right to hit the bitch. if i were a girl, i would have cracked her in the eye socket, leaving it bruised so she would like like a skanky hoe for a week or so, but then u never know what ur doing in a situation like this. choaking to the point of almost killing them seems a bit extreme, like you said, if u had held on for much longer, she would hav died, and a person DEFINATELY DOESNT deserve to die for a comment like that. you lost your temper though, understandable.

I thank all the people who have shown love and support .. I have a court date set for July 2nd and my side of the case is lookin' better than expected .. I know I'm gonna win this w/ no doubts .. I know I will be serving a good 30 days in juvenal hall. That is about it. I ain't gonna bitch about doin' time .. I'd rather be in juvie for a month then sit in a state prison for some odd number of years. I'll keep posting to let ya'll frequent readers know what's up.
