No, Lauryn was 2/3 of the fugees, the rest was the beat and the other guys. Her singing was way beyond the others, and her lyricism was way beyond the others.

Anyway, other than Lauryn and Rah Digga (though not always) mainstream female rappers are a joke. It's clear that they only got there for using their non-musical talents. I think the industry just doesn't want a talented female rapper.
