Mine is Stoup from Jedi Mind Tricks. He makes classical music sound menacing(animal rap, the kahn songs)
He has many styles, with some tracks soundly really happy, whilest others really aggressive.
The classical riffs are complex, and sound dope

Dj Premier has never made a wack beat in his life, every Gang Starr album is fucking dope (except that ownerz shit). He is, and has always been number one. Rza is a better producer than Stoupe, Wu Tang, Gravediggaz, and Only Built For Cuban Links etc. But Violent by design is definetley an ill record, his choice of cuts was heavy, and the lyrics reached some next levels.

I've only heard a few of premier's beats but they were ok. I would say that Rza was my number 2.

I also go for DJ Premier. He always maintains a high level of consistency in his beats where as most other producers have their fair share of good and bad beats.

dr dre, conisistant, unique and ground breaking. mastered the g-funk sounds, then reinvented with a fresh new rhyme package with 2001.If you hear dres produced a song you know its going to be excellent quality. can make beats sound real L.A , or real grimy, or easy to listen to beats.
lets hope dre, who is sole producer on jay z's S.carter album be the best he has brought out.

dre is ok, but to me, straight outta compton and 2001 are his only albums that i listen to from beginning to end, and the rhymes in 2001 are pretty wack.
