Nah, I dont think that would be a good mix. Linkin Park and Jay Z are totally different styles. Lets just leave that to Run DMC and Aerosmith.

Yeah... Me too. i've just recently watched that Encore/Numb Video... and DAMN! was it tight! It just shook me off my feet. It didn't fail to achieve my highest expectations. You know I don't really like rock much but Linkin Park has gained some of my respect over the past few years so I'm cool with them. Jigga and LP?! Damn that's just one unexpected collab. I think their Album is gonna be hot. I think I'm certainly going to purchase it once it gets released. Word!

And on that Mike Shinoda guy...hmm... he's a straight rapper... not the best but he's cool.

Linkin park is one of my favorite bands and when I found out Jayz was collabin with them. I couldnt be dissapointed. If you think Mike is a straight rapper check out songs like high voltage, dedicated and nobodys listening. LP does alot of underground stuff as well.

Ok I take that back, I just saw the video and it was pretty cool. I not really a rock fan but they was alright. I'd rather J do new songs though, cause Im tired of hearin his old music. They blended pretty good together though.

Personally, neither are none of my type...mike is a good emcee though, but jayz isnt all that impressing to me, well not as impressing to me as he is to others...but I do like chester..his voice is just cracking with pain...it's actually relieving to hear him....
but although I'm not much of a fan of either, I did watch it out of curiousity, and I must admit, it was entertaining...very exhilerating, plus I was a little tweaked out :p ..

i was a bit suspect to begin with but i seen the video and heard 4 of the live tracks and DAMN, this is a good collab. 'jigga what' over a fast paced rock beat is unbelievable. trust jay to push back the boundaries...

... 1 other thing though, did any1 notice the date of release of this album. same day as street's disciple.

I bet he aint know nothing about it. But it wont be no comp, when Nas releases an album, its a fuckin event. It happens once every 100 years.
