I used to get games for free on the computer so i didn't need either.
But now as time flies and San Andreas is out...
I'm really thinkin' of getting a system.

So...the question is ..which one?



BTW, I'm really thinking of coppin' an Xbox cuz people say it's better and it comes with 2 games right now/ Help me out!

Nah Man, PS2 is and always will be the better choice. More selection in every genre of games. Like myself, I'm into RPG's and Xbox rarely has any. PS2 receives better games. Xbox has halo and halo 2, thats about it.

You like rpg's? Man you should buy a gamecube just for Zelda, The Windwaker. I bought me one just for that game. I got that special edition were you get the other zelda game for free, maybe you know it " Ocarina of time" & "Master Quest".
Next year a New Zelda game will apear on the Cube.
Seriously Zelda is the best rpg series ever and it's worth the money to buy a Gamecube only for that game, think about it. ;)

Id say either ones a good choice if ur not going to get it chipped.

advantages of ps2 (unchipped)
- more games
- dont need a dvd remote 2 play dvds
- plays burnt dvd's without a chip installed

advantages of xbox (unchipped)
- 10GB hdd
- store music and saved games on the hdd (probably wont ever run out of space)
- capable of better graphics than the ps2

gathering up all the facts ps2 is looking like an early 2k6 release, exept 4 japan will most likely receive the console before christmas 2k5.

But if ur like me and its all a controversy, heres another way of lookin at it
- sega saturn releases early 1996
- sony says hold off the saturn and buy a ps1
- and the majority did
- dreamcast releases end of 1998
- sony tells the people 2 wait 4 tha ps2
- again, the majority did

now R they gonna give up on this technique, maybe but i think theyll B concocting a release plan 2 coincide wit tha competion (xbox2 & gamecube2)
i mean this is SONY they got the top marketers on tha case, so u no the release is going 2 have alot of thought put into it eh.

Ps2.. more variety of games, when games come out on ps2 they usually come a few months after on Xbox though. I jus' don't like Xbox, looks too toy-ish.

Lol, this is easy. X-Box. Trust me I bought the Ps2 before I got my xbox. And I thought back then that nothing was better. Now I have an Xbox and I will tell you heavenly father be my witness that the X-Box is better. I have both Ps2 and the box, the box is better. Foreal I wouldnt lead you a stray. The box has more pixels, better online play(X-Box Live 3.0), more features, better interface. Its the greatest video game system ever created.
