what's that mean? i think tha first line means that you shoudlnt have dope on yo person so if you got arrested wif somefin, you wont get caught wif it... but i dont know tha second line.. appreciate if someone would translate it for me..

I think it means that you shouldnt carry dope with you ( as you say).
