1) The truce between blue n red, do any of yall follow that?? I dont see the point. Lets look at my case for example. Lets juss say i follow the truce and i get along with crips. I thought them niggas was under the 5?? and since when is blue their color?? I also heard them niggas took over compton, that true?? Right now i think the Sur ( 13 ) niggas is runnin LA. I heard they got the biggest population down there right now

I don’t think these penal codes are the same in other states, yet rappers, still use the California penal codes that have been popularized by early West Coast rap songs.

187- Murder , killing a human or fetus with premeditation

I'm only going to answer question number 1. Any real Crip or Blood follows the truce. Problem is somewhere around 90% of the Crips and Bloods are fake. Somewhere around 90% of these don't know they're fake. Alot of them did have an initiation but don't realize the people who did it were fake. You know if they are real because the Kings of both gangs called the truce. If they follow their own law, they must follow the truce. Both Crip and Blood law state what the king says, goes. No questions asked. Problem is though, alot of them don't realize the two Kings in Cali are the only two that really matter. Occasionally a banger will move into a pretty unpopulated state and proclaim himself king. Yes, he does have power over that state now, but he does not over rule the two real ones. Both Blood and Crip originated in Cali and therefore those two kings are the two real ones. And because of this, what they says goes. The people who do "bang" at this site should realize this. Even though it's bullshit because no one actually bangs anymore. The truce itself was the cause for this.
