So the them of the song is a ground of guys are hanging out in the projects waiting to find a women to walk by because they are going to rob and rape her. They throw something over the woman's head and beat her and bring her to the roof of one of the buildings in the projects. All the guys take turns raping her and beating her. They kill the women and then show her face and it was the mother of one of the guys that had just beat and raped her. The guy ended up killing himself. And the story is true according to the song.
