No I don't, but my point is Immortal Technique is short on a few things (and he often ingores the beat) very often throughout Revolutionary 1 & 2. He's nice to listen alone, but he definately wouldn't be good party music. In fact I just tried to use his album that way last night, and no one was feeling it. They were too distracted to listen to every word so that they could follow and get into it. Not my that friends are ultimate judges of hip hop, but I doubt they're many a crowds that could get into those albums while enjoying a party.

Anyway, I also like the line: "Like escape plans from jail, I started from scratch"

Dance with the devil is a great song. His lyrics on his other songs are well good as well like The Illest and The Cause of Death. What a great rapper with great lyrics. he is just technique

No one wants to hear political rap during a party. :confused:
As long as the sound is hype, the flow and beat are steady, and the punchlines are clear and obvious, it can work.

A song can be politcal and still be a good party song. It just takes a great deal of creativity. Immortal is good at what he does, but what he does is a hard thing to share with people. It's also near impossible to dance to.
