The site has now been moved to the new serverw which occured about one week ago. Hopefully you lot didn’t notice the few mins of downtime. The new server should be more reliable since it’s over double the speed of the old one.
The server is now located in Tampa oppose to Philadelphia. This may mean some people may find it a few ms slower, especially in Europe but it isn’t a big deal since it’s only 20ms. Some other people may find the pages load a lot faster.
The front pages and content pages are now up. This area will contain articles, news, polls, links directory, stats and much more. If there are any problems with the front pages, let me know in the feedback (http://www.rapworlds.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=31) area. I have tried testing it, but different pc’s act differently.
Due to the past hard drive crashing out, the site will now be backed up every two days to a offsite location. The usual time of backups should be 3AM – 3:30 AM EST so the site should be slightly slower over this period.
