Police are seeking to question two members of rising UK Hip-Hop group Goodfellas in connection with a shooting that left one man with gunshot wounds to the stomach.
Karl “Karma” Morgan, 20 and Ambassador “Aristocrat” Enweremadu, 21, may have knowledge about an attack the left a 45-year-old man with various injuries.
Detectives allege that four men beat and shot the victim. Two of the alleged perpetrators were apprehended and one of the men has already been charged with attempted murder and firearm violations.
“Although two arrests have already been made we are committed to identifying and arresting others connected to this violent incident,” a detective stated.
Government officials are concerned with the rising rate of gun violence in the United Kingdom.
Recently, Reebok pulled an advertisement featuring 50 Cent that outraged gun control activists in the country and offended television viewing audiences.
Various groups chastised Reebok and 50 Cent for promoting gun violence, because the commercial featured 9 gunshots while the rapper counts to nine, the amount of times he was shot.
