French Fighter Pilots have recently discovered something crazy!!!
In the lower levels of our atmosphere there is a species of spider that spin themselves a parachute out of their silk and "float" for their whole life miles and miles above the Earth's surface. The only food for them is EACHOTHER, so they have developed incredible "flying skills" to eat and avoid being eaten. Scientists have dicovered 5 distinctly different web designs that act as "hang gliders" (one for floating upwards, one for gliding, 2 for evasive flying, and one for decending) to change web designs they simply cut their thread and freefall to the Earth untill they spin the new one. They have also been observed cutting their web and freefalling to avoid attack, but the chaser can ALSO cut his web and freefall in chase. A Female Spiders will carry the egg sack on her back, and when it hatches the babies fall from her back twards the Earth and only the ones that figure out the "parachute idea" will survive. Scientist are Baffled by this Extremely unusual behavior and are now trying to learn more about this new and unique species.
