b.c i know it gets annoying when i wanna give rep for feedback or a good forum reply i cant b.c i dont have shit to give...

i say around 15-20...and u cant give the same person rep until u given out 10 reps to other people...

i think its fine how it is but i do agree on the 10 times before you can rep the same person again
