THE TRUTH 06-09-2005, 05:42 PM As the hours are dragging on, my lawyer side suggest that the verdict is more and more GUILTY. While I would hope that is not the fate of Michael Jackson, it is a legal cliche that when juries take long, they are more likely to convict. Who knows? The jury may be deliberating so long because of who the Defendant is. That is problematic in itself. They should have been sequestered, but like most things which took place in this case (allowing in hardly relevent evidence and evidence in other ways inadmissable in every other court in every other part of the World) the court seems hellbent of promoting lopsided justice. I followed portions of the trial and I've reflected upon blatant hearsay, prejudicial evidence, opinion evidence, etc. All these things taint the ability to have a fair trial. But all that is done... we can only wait. No matter what the verdict, Michael should learn from his mistake. What was his mistake: thinking that white people like him because they call his name when he hops around the fucking stage singing "HEEEE HEEE". That's not their MO, and he shoulda recognized it before he tried to become a white woman. Its a mockery of justice and of the courts. Everything is a game. TRUTH be saying of how so much irrelevant things were thrown into the case, word and that be straight bogus.
