Revenge does not consist of killing thousands of people the feel the same way we do.
I do belive we need to go to war for the fact that this is not over and they will make other attempts. We need to go to war for the fact that it was a direct atack and we lost so many live do to it.
We need to make it know that we are a no the but a dominate force in this world and i belive by heasitating to go foward with war instantly we have already show weakness. And as we all know weakness leads to a lose of control.
It is a very sticky situation with the USA having open borders and accepting any and all that want to build a life here.
But honestly if you left your country to come build a life here and take advantage of all the opertunity's that the USA has to offer then you have nothing to say.

has anybody seen the news. all the civilains in iraq have pledged alliance to saddam and the country. if they are gonna try to take out us troops then we should have no porblem takin them out. civilians shooting troops can not be blown off. they shoot our troops or shoot at our troops, then they need to be takin out. end of story. we have given them chance to surrender and give up. its in the iraqi people on what to do.

I hear people saying it's a war for oil, which is totally not right to shed blood for oil. Then I hear Bush saying it's for the freedom of Iraqi people. Well if the Iraqi people support their leader, then who are we to tell them how to live their lives? Let them live every day of their lives in fear because of him if they want to.

I believe Saddam should be stopped though, and brought to justice for the evil he has done. Killing his people (even his own family) and oppressing them and Iraq's neighboring countries of Iran and Kuwait. Christ, the guy's like a modern-day Stalin...he must be stopped. But I don't believe innocent people should die doing so.

I think that the only reason people in Iraq support him is because they don't want to die. A LOT of people who opposed him were tortured and executed in the most severe and cruel ways. So at least pretending like you support him is the only way to keep you alive in that country.

Maybe war isn't the answer. A Peace treaty wouldn't be either, we all know he wouldn't obey it. I believe he should be tried for all the things he's done, and if found guilty, which I know he would be, should be executed. That's if we ever find him though.


Oh and about these biological nuclear weapons or some shit..if they really do have them, I don't think going to war is the smart thing to do because it would make them use them. Stupid Bush.

Bush isn't stupid. If we dont do something about taking Saddam out of power then they'll use them anyway. He backs terrorist action against the west so he wouldn't hesitate to deploy nuclear/biological weaponry against us.
For once i don't believe this is for Oil - this is for the safety and the well-being of the planet. Saddam has tortured and maimed thousands of his own people. A populous doesn't deserve that - they deserve the quality of life and freedom of choice that the rest of the world takes for granted.
Anyway we bombed Baghdad this morning so its all good.
