When I became one... Diamondeyez IM'ed me askin' if I'd do it.. Denz PM'ed me askin' if I'd do it.. then I logged in one day and Denz PM'ed me and said he was makin' me mod..then... I had an orange name... :D

For some people its right there in front of them... You know, God PM's them telling them they are mods.

For some people, it all developes over time. Look at Diamond_Eyez for example, she's been growing her Orange name for 2 years now.
