I have an idea for the greatest tourney that the net has ever seen...it starts like this
1)People sign up according to state(including UK)
2)People battle people within their state until there is one representative per state
3)Then the state representatives battle eachother per region(new england,south, UK, midwest etc.)
4)By now u should catch the drift and the regional representatives battle eachother
5)Eventually they'll be one battle and that'll show who is the best on rw
Mods,HOF,crews,rookies,femcees it dont matter everyone could get in this tourney

some states have lareger representatives inhere though. Its possible that someone from let's say State A has 12 people to battle and the state B only has 4.

Mods cant stop no shows....Thats the problem. And trust me there would be a lotta no shows...Check Topical Tourney III....There were a shitload of no shows there.
