since the begining of weekly wars-noones been able to steadliy run it properly-i was wondering if i could run weekly wars-alls i need is permission to make the threads-i promise to not let it go inactive again lol-its such a good idea but it goes to waste

The problem doesn't lie within the mods, it lies within the competition available and interest. No matter who runs it, if people don't vote or participate then it won't be run.

the sign of thread always fills up-but the battles never gte set up-n the battles that actually do never get closed out-if i was running it-in every thread for every battle there would be 2/3 battles that each battler would have to vote in-

It's in te rules, that you vote on at least three battles, even though links aren't neccessary...
