Em did one movie about his LIFE. that's not acting that's just reliving your past almost. Stepping out of your element is acting, and Mos Def has done it numerous times. Queen Latifah is a great actress also.

I thought they meant the actor that can rap the best. Mos Def is good, but Will Smith is the best, and ain't on the list. Ice Cube is one of the better ones as well.

but seriously you gotta vote for Cube... Ice Cube is the only serious actor who gets major roles STILL, and he aint really rapped in years. he's the obvious best hollywood emcee... plus i think hes a decent actor for what he does, the Friday movies, Boyz N The Hood, etc... hes a quality actor for real.

In my opinion, nearly all Hollywood MC's did a nice job, I like Cube in Friday or Boyz in the Hood, Em in 8 Mile, Snoop in Baby Boy or Training Day or Red & Meth in How High, but Quiz right, they not really acting, they just do what they always do, and that's cool, but Cube in XXX or that Movie with the Kids isn't good at all, Busta in Shaft did a nice job, Diddy was nice in Monstersball, so was Mos Def, Queen Latifah was nice in Harlem NCY & Chicago, Cube was aight in Three Kings, Dmx was aight in Exit Wounds....by the way, I missed LL hahaha,they all entertainer and doin there thing, but the most talented I think is Mos Def & Queen Latifah
