First theres this ... it is the conclusion of a pretty long statement, so it would help if you read the whole thing and not just this but this gives quiet a good understanding too

"This is the story of the 1994 shooting in New York City. Think of it what you will but realize that there is more to the music business than the ordinary media will show. With all the details emerging from this shooting nearly 2 and a half years later, we must ask ourselves if the shooting in Las Vegas was just another jewelry robbery or if it was the complex situation like that which surrounded the 1994 shooting. Keep in mind that Tupac was shot in 1994 because he didn't sign a contract therefore not making money for Bad Boy and it was covered up with the front of a robbery. Now we must ask, was Tupac shot in Las Vegas in 1996 because his contract was over with Death Row and it was covered up with the medallion robbery story. Did history repeat itself? You be the judge. "

Then comes the interview with big frank

i have read this interview before but it wasnt the whole thing , this time i read it all and it is probbaly the best explanation of tupacs death and the most believable
anyways heres the link

after you get onto this part scroll down to the bit where it says
"Big Frank" (Pac's Bodyguard) talks about the night of the Las Vegas Shooting

this is the end of the interview, this is moments after the shooting .. again read it all its quiet interesting

Everyone was trying to get at the car but the cops were containing the crowd. I couldn't believe my eyes. What the **** was Suge doing spread-eagled on the ground? His hands and legs were stretched out and two cops were holding him down. Blood was squirting out of his head.
"You got the victim on the ground!" I screamed to the cops. Suge is looking up at me, and I could see the bleeding getting worse. "Let him go!" I'm yelling. "He's been shot at!' They let him up and as soon as they did, Suge and I ran to the BMW to try and get 'Pac out of the car. The door was stuck for some reason, and I could hear Suge saying again and again, "I know how to open it. I know how to open it." I reached for 'Pac through the window. The medallion and his jersey were soaked in blood and his body was trembling, like he was cold. Through tears, I started talking to him,"You're gonna be okay. You're gonna be okay." By the time Suge got the door open, the police and the ambulance had arrived, and we got him off the ground. I knelt down next to him and touched him. "You're gonna be okay, 'Pac." I was trying to keep him conscious. "'Pac, you're okay, you're okay." As I'm kneeling down beside him, I could see him looking up at me. "Frank, I can't breathe," he whispered. "I can't breathe." "No man, you're okay," I cried. But he kept repeating it over and over again. "I can't breathe. I can't breathe." With his own strength, I watched him move both of his hands and cross them over his body. With his eyes open, he took a deep breath and let out a sigh. He closed his eyes. That was the last time I saw him breath on his own.

can i just add -
all the fuckin 13 year old kids coming on here and saying hes alive and suge killed him prove how easily the media brainwashes people
i mean , they believe hes alive because they want him to be alive , just let it go
suge didnt kill him, they werent even alive when tupac was makin his first albums
and didnt listen to him while he was alive , yet they read his bio and think they know everything
now im not saying i was a loyal fan while he was alive , but what im sayin is common sense

R.I.P TUPAC ... at the end of the day thats the only words that will mean anything
