POIGNANT PROFESSEURS hereby indicate:

ENLISTMENT PROCEDURES

In the spirit of the POIGNANT PROFFESSEURS, formed May 27, 2003, the Roundtable Members, on May 29, 2003, have approved the following enlistment procedures:

Any registered individual of RapWorlds.com are hereby approved to attempt to become a new member of the POIGNANT PROFESSEURS and in attempting to obtain this position shall state their names in the recruitment thread. (http://www.rapworlds.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=52358#post52358)

For consideration, names must be entered into the above-mentioned thread before Thursday of the considering-week. The registered members of RapWorlds.com will on Thursday of the considering-week, be given a universal topic to use as a means of application into the POIGNANT PROFFESSEURS. This topic will be chosen by the Roundtable Members in consideration of the applications for enlistment; and will change weekly. A bar-length will also be provided to registered, RapWorlds.com members who seek enlistment, but that bar-length shall not exceed the prescribed number 12. Any name provided in the recruitment thread after Thursday, will be considered in the following week.

All verses provided to the POIGNANT PROFESSEURS will then be considered by the Roundtable Members using the following indicators: (1) Flow; (2) Complexity; (3) Word-usage; (4) Consideration of Topicality; and (5) Originality. For enlistments individuals applying must demonstrate ability in the above-mentioned.

After the Rountable Members meet in consideration of the weekly applications, the new recruitments will be indicated by offer in the applying party’s Private Message Box on the last day of the considering-week. Acceptance of the offer provided by the Roundtable Members by the applying party will thus form a new membership in the POIGNANT PROFESSEURS. Indication of acceptance is to be posted forewith in the POIGNANT PROFESSEURS Official Thread.

Applying parties denied recruitment by the Roundtable Members will be provided with notification in their Private Message Box on the last day of the considering week, stating why the applying party’s application was rejected (opinions solely that of Roundtable Members). Decisions as to enlistments are held solely by the Roundtable Members and denied applications are null and void. In the spirit of the POIGNANT PROFESSEURS, the denied party can re-apply no earlier than two-weeks from the date of rejection by the Roundtable Members.
