If you're looking for cheap mods, dont by them from companies, they are overpriced and you can usually make them yourself. For example, Intakes generally are a scam and give very little hp or torque gains as stand-alone mods. However, if you were considering a new intake, heres an idea, Ive done it, and it works.
Its called a deckplate mod (http://www.toyotaoffroad.net/jnburtman/deckplate.html)
The instructions above are for Toyota 4Runners and Tacomas, generally the 3.4L 5VZE engine. I cannot tell you if this mod is possible on your vehicle or not as I have never seen the engine bay or airbox of any Audi whatsoever. However you can go take a look and im sure you can decide if it is possible or not and even if you'd consider doing a mod like this.
This mod has given me noticablly better throttle response and my truck seems to have that extra bit of power available when I need.

^^^^ good info but prolley just works for those trucks.....if that was ture for cars then custom shops would be doing that for their car for arces all the time.

Im sure it would work on other vehicles, but I dont think its really a mainstream mod because of its simplicity and for the fact its cheap. (aftermarket parts companies would make no money on a $10 part compared to their $100~$200 intakes / and in some cases this mod will not deliver as good of results as a good aftermarket intake) Custom shop cars, and more highly modified cars are probablly forced induction (turbo, supercharged)
