Well to tell the truth I cant hate, the midwest aint doin nuthin, the west is dead other than game, east coast got who "g unit", the south is the only one bangin right now. Mainstream Southern rap has even your favorite hip hop heads alluring themselves into a false perception. Could be a matter of opinion but here's an example:

When T.I.'s album drops heads find reasons to say it was a good album. They do this by comparing it to it's own region. Mainstream influence also plays a bigger role then they are willing to admit. Either way the end result is that their standards are lowered for this false perception.

Subject spoke on because the South does, in fact, dominate the radio at present. But the same can be said about the East, West, and so on.
