Yo all my life i've lived in a hip hop world coming from Brooklyn, and aint nuttin better than chillin wid my home boyz and blastin out a Wu-Tang record, most of the time they dont get the credit they desreve. They have been around longer than most of the other cats. They are one one of a few keepin hip hop where it belongs (on the streets). But if i had to choose a fav Emcee it would have to be Method man but Cappadonna is pretty tight. Also 0'Sirus (ODB) is off tha fuckin hook too.

Wu are still hot. They may have the same impact they did back in the day, but they still know how to make bangers.

Meth is the best emcee. Fuck what anyone think, he's been the most consistant rapper since coming out until present day (in hip-hop, not just wu). If he died tomorrow, people would start talking about him when you talk about the greatest.

The Rebel INS is my personal favourite though. Always dropping the highlight.

The Gza is easily the most talented Wu member lyrically. His rhymes are always coherent never spitting nonsensical shit that we're accustomed to hearing from Ghost and Rae.

After the Gza, the next most talented member is the Rza. Not ony for his lyrical ability, but for his beats as well.

The worst member = U-God. Matter of fact, I'm thinking U-God is probably one of the worst MC's to ever be signed. His alum was straight up TRASH.

I don't like Ghostface much. I consider myself to be a reasonably intelligent person, yet I cannot deciper half of the shit Ghost raps about. Maybe it's because I don't care enough to be bothered? Or maybe it's because his style just doesn't grab my attention. Whatever the reasoning I can also add that I find his voice to be incredibly annoying, and his last two albums are horrific. The Ironman album is classic though, no question about it. So yea, I don't like Ghostface much. :(

cappadonna is fucking awful. what about ghostface (1)? every album is dope, ironman - classic, supreme clientele - classic and pretty toney is easy one of best of the year. and hes the only one that doesn't need RZA to make a sick record. (3)raekwon and gza (2) were both dope as fuck, but only have one classic album each. (4) inspekta deck has live verses, but nothing more. (6)method mans lyrics aren't anything special, but his flow is ill, has bare presence and is instantly recognizable on any beat, but hasn't made any good albums. (5) rza is dope, but his projects have been wack in the past.
