I would say Fabolous, because ive heard Banks's songs, and they seem like a mimmick of Fabo's flows [the Multis and Gangsta-Type shit]

Anyways, I am pretty much repeating what everyone else said but, Banks is nice, definatly the best in G-Unot when it comes to freestyling/mixtapes songs. Its only 50 that shines in terms of sales and shit, so no one gives a fuck about Banks (which would be a reason that, if I was Banks, I would leave and go join BWS and smash on 50). Fab has that laid back gangsta shit going when he spits, and that shit makes me like him. And since everyone knos he can freestyle/has made mixtapes and murdered them (He should make more wtf is wrong wit him?), he'd be on top of Banks. Basically Banks < Fab, but since they have the same kinda style of rhyming, its not by a lot. Fab is my nigga so even if he were truely worse I'd vote for him anyways.

Fabolous....The Hunger for More was meteocre at best...Can't Deny it, Stream Dreams and Can't Let You Go are pretty good. Banks is yet to prove himself, definitely not at Fabolous' level
