No, no you got all your shit wrong. Theres always someone that comes here and brings up some old shit without really knowin whats goin on, so Ill just fill you in real quick. FIRST Bizarre took a shot at Royce on a mixtape track that Butter hasnt released yet. Than Royce retaliated on "Shit On U" which wasnt even released until recently (D12s the ones who released it too). Than the beef died down for three years. Than in the summer of 2002 on DJ GreenLanterns Anger Management mixtape Royce said fuck anger management Im gonna get someone else to manage my shit, which wasnt a diss at all it was just Royce fuckin around on the beginning of a freestyle. Than D12 started this whole big thing talkin in Eminem's ear sayin it was a diss (which according to Royce, Em has never confronted about, and that he hasnt spoken to Em since this incident). And when Royce tried to get in contact with him to clear the air he got Paul Rosenburg (Ems manager) tellin Royce that Ems not gonna talk to him. Which led to Royce no longer being apart of the Shady camp. So Royce in an interview soon after all of this (when asked whos the ruining hiphop and whos the wackest out right now) said D12. D12 never responded.

6 months later at the end of 2002, Royce is having label troubles and his Rock City v2 was about to be released finally after 2 years of delay and hes finally about to move on after all the shit he went through up to that point. Meanwhile over at Shady 50 Cent was coming up and D12 is at the bottom rung of the Shady Records ladder. There was even talk of never having another D12 album. So D12s the one that needed the gimmick NOT ROYCE. So at 50 Cent's Get Rich release party D12s handin out their new mixtape with disses all over it, directed at Royce. They even went on a radio station soon after that, with Royce's old diss from three years before and his interview diss from over 6 months before to make it look like he started it. So Royce responds wit Malcolm X and a few other diss tracks and murders ALL OF em including Proof and Eminem. So now its all over, cuz they dont even want to mess wit Royce cuz they are all no name members of Eminems crew. None of them will ever have any success on their own, rather they have had to sponge off Eminems success to get where theyre at today. Royce doesnt need Em, like you may think. You might remember a track called Boom a few years ago, that was a huge hit and he didnt have to have Eminem in his video to sell records like D12 does. Also Royce and DElite got twice as much balls as anyone of them and there shits actually innovating and unique unlike D12 who follows trends and makes pop songs.

50 Cent is just given much better promotion and MTV gives his songs much more time to catch on with the fans than Royce gets. Until Royce gets 1/8th the promoting and airplay on MTV that 50 Cent gets is when the two can actually be compared.

My 2 cents, I been following both Royce and Eminem for a minute, and no doubt they are 2 of the illest emcees ever. As far as this whole beef thing, I got a lot of different opinions, but what it all boils down to is it's bullshit. I know a lot of you hatin on D12, but honestly, minus Bizarre, each individual emcee is dope. Will they have much success on their own w/out EM? Prolly not. But Kuniva is doin his little thing, makin beats for 50 cent, and a few other heads including Method Man. 50 is another issue all together...he's aight, but it's only because his underground shit was so dope before he blew up (evil that men do, your life's on the line, even how to rob). Even though most of his shit is just funny as opposed to lyrically dope, he is still aight. You also have to take into consideration that this motherfucker puts out like 15 songs a week from freestyles, mix tape shits, and so on, so your new shit ain't always gonna be as tight as when you were comin up. So to compare Royce and 50, it really can't be done because they are on different levels. 50 is doin his commercial thing right now, he's popular, but his lyrics ain't all that. Royce may not be mainstream at all, but lyrically, Royce would murder 50. Anybody who would argue w/ that is an asshole. I think Bad Meets Evil was almost 2 good of a thing, because there really isn't anybody out right now on they level lyrically (but then again you do have your underground heads, Louis Logic like someone mentioned earlier, the whole Army of the Pharaohs camp, Non-Phixion, and yes, Canibus is dope whether you like to admit it or not). Everybody had their they downfalls, D12 has Bizarre, G-Unit has Young Buc, but you take a group like Bad Meets Evil, nobody could fuck with that pound for pound lyrically. Basically to sum it all up, I think the situation was prolly D12 actin like girls and being jelous of the relationship Em had w/ Royce, I really think Royce and D12 should respect eachother's relationship w/ Em, cuz this whole "beef" bullshit is preventing what could possibly be the baddest supergroup of all time.
