iight so i know this was done before, and asked about before, but i was wonderin if some one could teach or give me a tutorial on how to make a picture look like a cartoon...
i know i know, yall responded to othas sayin, its been done before look it up...but i been lookin fo two days and i cant find any...been outside of RW too, cant find shit
