My advice is to just show some courage. If a bully is picking on you, its because he/she realize you have low self asteem. You should be able to stop thes actions with the simpliest of thing as speaking up. And if this bring a the bully to attempt to attack you, then you have no choice but to use violence so take him down with a cheap shot...I suggest either a nut shot or a full forced punch to the throat. You'd better go with the nut blow though, because the neck punch is potentially fatal. After you successfully immobilized them...start to just beat them...stomp and kick them while there down while shouting obscene remarks...Make sure ya injure them and they feel it next day...Thats just about a guareentee anti bully procedure...

The throat shot is only lethal with a blow to solar plexis before the punch to the throat. As for the nut shot or any cheap shot it will only bring retaliation. You need to prove that your better than the kid if you decide to fight him or he'll just come back at you cuz he know he can beat you still. My advice is to punch him and dont stop until he goes down. Strike quick and strong aim for the face and dont stop. If you really dont think you can take him cuz hes like 7 foot tall or wieghs 400 lbs but still wanna fight him heres what u do. A chop (open hand) to the side of his neck as hard as you can. Use the side of your hand and make it quick so he has no chance of blocking it. If you strike him with enough thrust he wall fall instantly and will lay there for awhile. This isnt a cheap shot because it will put a fuck load of fear into him. If you've taken karate you've seen people break 1-7 wooden boards doing this, even bricks. The side of the neck is a very weak point in anyone and with enough force you can actually knock someone out with one quick strike. Even though this technique isnt lethal, it should only be used in self defence, as should any kinda strike.
