My Top 5 would be:

1. Bone Thugs N Harmony - rap fast, rap slow, sing, rap with harmony,
produce hot tracks, fastest ever, etc.

2. Snoop Doggy Dogg - love his flow, raps fast sometimes, sings sometimes.

3. Outkast - awesome flow, sing, unique.

4. 2Pac - puts a lot of energy into his songs.

5. DMX - cool voice, flows hard.

That's my top 5.
There are more reasons but too many to name.
