Kronologik 03-27-2006, 04:58 PM So having a picture of a satanist with about 50 other people on the actual cover, which is just 1 of many album covers The Beatles had, proves that they had satanic influences?

^Check That
Lennon wanted Jesus, Gandhi, and Hitler on the cover of Sgt. Pepper. He had recently taken a lot of heat for saying The Beatles were "Bigger than Jesus," so they decided not to.

They Also Talk About Snoop Dogg And Eazy-E In The Book How His Music Was Greatly Influenced By Satanism.
Eazy-E's Song "First Power" Here Is The First Stanza Of Lyrics :
I am tha Ressurection and tha Life
He who believes in me tho he die yet shall re live
And whoever lives and believes in me shall never die
Shhhhhhhh shut up bitch

SomethingAwfl 03-27-2006, 06:54 PM This is very eh... and even if it is true, doesn't really prove much. Hell, I'm a satanist.
JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 06:56 PM ^Prove Much? It Shows The Beatles Were Influence By Satanism.
^Bottom Line.
Tw!stEd 03-27-2006, 06:56 PM Satanism is a construct of christianity anyway....
Anyway Leveyan Satanism/The Church of Satan was only created in 1966, with the bible being published in 1969...
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band was recorded in 1967....jus after The Church of Satan was properly established and before it gained any real headway...
Aleister Crowley. He Was A Satanist Who Believed "Do What Thou Wilt." The Beatles State The Crowd Is Their Influences.
Aleister Crowley had nothing the do with the Church of Satan...
Although he was involved in Magick(Which I believe is to do is Wiccan), and eastern phillosophies of religion, he is generally just known for his hedonistic/Liberal principles....
People seem to misunderstand what Satanism stands for....
It is the ultimate form of Anarch-Liberalism (No rules as humans are rational beings, and the seeking of consensual pleasure)
JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 06:58 PM ^Have You Even Read His Book "The Book Of The Law"???????
Crowley Was A Satanist. Very Much So.
Tw!stEd 03-27-2006, 07:07 PM The Book of Law made close to no sense to me....
The Book of Law (http://www.sacred-texts.com/oto/engccxx.htm)
JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 07:11 PM Me And My Boy Read It, He Explained Most To Me
Beaudegaz 03-27-2006, 07:47 PM Interesting topic. With or without the beatles. I could care less what the beatles were influenced by. But the read was interesting. Especially to find out Aldous Huxely was greatly influenced by Crowley. Huxely is one of my favorite authors. I will have to look up some more info on this Crowley.
On a side note. Is Ozzy refering to Crowley in his song Mr. Crowley?
Jimmy do you drink milk laced with heroin?
JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 08:09 PM ^EXACTLY! Ozzy Is Reffering To Him In That Song! That Was In The Book As Well
New York Ave. 03-27-2006, 08:44 PM To Show What Subliminally People Are Listening To And Watching.
If You Read The Bible, You'd Know That Most Music That Is Non-Secular Is Satanic. That Goes For Hip-Hop, Rock, Etc. Anything That Does Not Glorify God Or Glorifies Anything Else Before Or But God Isn't Of Him. Which Can Be Pretty Much Classified As 'Satanic', If You Wanna Get Technical.
Which Is Why I'm So Dumbfounded By Idiots Pointing Out Shit Like 3 6 Mafia Being Satanic, Then Turn Around And Pop In A Pac Cd. =)) Just Because It May Seem Like The Lesser Of Two Evils Doesn't Make It Good...Fuckin Idiots. Going Out Of Your Way To Prove One Small Aspect Of An Overall Sinful And Devilish Music Is Just Plain Stupid. Jimmy Don't Quit Your Day Job If You Have One.
JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 08:48 PM Not Satanic Music, Satanic Influences. Read The Title Dumbshit.
New York Ave. 03-27-2006, 08:50 PM ^Still, Music And Things Of A Satanic Nature Were The Main Basis Of This Thread, Are They Not? So STFU Before You Make Yourself Look Dumb, DUMBSHIT.
JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 08:54 PM ^Aren't We In The Same Crew?

JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 08:59 PM 1) Im White
2) You Overuse That Smiley.
Now Back To The Point...
People Can Make "Satanist Music"...Cool, Whatever.
But Bands Who Subliminally Use It...Pathetic.
Ezekiel 03-27-2006, 09:41 PM Am i the only 1 who thinks "who gives a fuck" like....what do u want us to say jimmy...congrats for wasting ur time? whoooooooooooooo cares...i'd rather see you wasting ur time investigation the workings of paris hilton then this shit

I was waiting for someone to say somethin bout 36=666 blah blah blah....
New Yorks right,we cant point out one or two rappers and say they satanic, then listen to "We gon pop yo ass then bury you" lol.
JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 09:56 PM I'm Talking About The Satanic Influence On CERTAIN Emcees/Artists. I'm Not Saying All Rap Is Bad.
I'll Listen To Pac - Until Something Or Someone Proves There's Something Satanic To His Lyrics.
Not All Music Is Satanic, And The Point Of This Thread Was The Artists Mentioning Or Portraying A Demonic Side
Dumbshits.
New York Ave. 03-27-2006, 10:22 PM I'll Listen To Pac - Until Something Or Someone Proves There's Something Satanic To His Lyrics.
^You Fucking Idiot. Anything That Glorifies Killing People, Rape, Drugs, Any Of The Sort Is Not Of Gods Will And Is Classified As Satanic...LMAO That Just Had To Be The Most Idiotic Statement I've Ever Seen...What I Said Must Have Completely Went Over Your Head...Oh Boy...
JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 10:25 PM ^Wow. Not 100% Of Pac's Music Is "Rape Murder Killing"
Dear Mama, Keep Ya Head Up...Etc.
Cmon Now New York. Common Sense.
Btw, Thanks For The Color Classification In The Pm You Sent.
http://www.rapworlds.com/gallery/data/500/yea.JPG
New York Ave. 03-27-2006, 10:30 PM ^Did I Say It Was? LMFAO You Fuckin Stupid...Even I Know That...But Does Making A Song For Your Mother Justify Making Songs About Rape, Killing, Or Drugs? Does It Lessen The Fact That He, Along With Thosands Of Others Make/Made 'Satanic' Music? LMFAO You're Missing The Point...And Just When I Thought You Had An Ounce Of Intelligence...
I Can Make A Mother Theresa Fucking Tribute Right Now, Turn Around And Make A Song About Shooting A Nigga Over Crack Or Some Shit...All In All, What I Did Was Still Devilish, It's Still Devilish Music, Isn't Secular Or Of God, So Therefore Can Be Classified As Satanic. There's A Reason Saved Christians Don't Want Their Kids Listening To Any Music Other Than Gospel You Know...Fuckin Retard.
JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 10:32 PM ^Not If I Only Listen To Those Songs Dipshit.
Wow, People These Fucking Days...Fucking Stupid.
New York Ave. 03-27-2006, 10:41 PM Not If YOU Only Listen To The Songs? We're Not Talking About You, We're Talking About The Music Artists, Right? LMFAO You Not Listening To The 'Bad' Songs Doesn't Change The Fact That There Still Are 'BAD' Songs...Overall, When People Think 2Pac, Do They Think "Dear Mama"? If You Ran To Your Local Preacher And Said, "I'm Going To A 2PaC Concert", What Do You Think He'd Say? He'd Dissapprove Because Regardless Of The "Dear Mama's" And The "Changes", The Majority Of His Music Was Still Parental Advisory Violent, Drug Related Or Sexually Explicit Material...All Going Back To What I Said, In Some Form Or Another, STILL 'Satanic' As It Isn't Of God.
LMFAO You're Really A Fuckin Idiot...Haha You Keep Making Yourself Look Dumber And Dumber...BTW Stop PMing Me Trying Cop A Plea...Haahahaha
JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 10:45 PM ^Cop A Plea? Ahhh Hahahahahhah

JimmyWhite 03-27-2006, 10:58 PM ^I Said First

Then You Replied

LMFAO Kid Calm Down, It's General Discussion And I'm Just Arguing A Point...Geez. I Can See The Veins In Your Neck, It Isn't That Serious...R"
Then I Said
"I'm Just Sayin, Cause This Thread And The Church Sign...Both You MAD Hating."
Then You Said
"Kid. Spare Me The RW Bullshit. No One's 'Hating'...Smh I Hate You Little White Kids Who Steal Our Slang And Then Don't Know How To Use It Properly...Me Giving My Opinion On An Issue Through The Proper Venue (i.e. General Discussion Forum), Is Not 'Hating'...Just Shut The Fuck Up While You're Ahead...Don't Even PM Me Back...I'm Laughing."
Whats To Hide?
Lmfao No Wonder You Rep "New York Avenue" - You Got Some Mad Jay-Z Dick Suckin Lips
Rofl
New York Ave. 03-27-2006, 11:02 PM Does That Make Any Sense At All? LMFAO...And Again...You're Mad Because?
I Made Your Thread Look Stupid Because No One Cares About It And You're Wrong In The First Place?...LMFAO You Make About 12 Threads A Day, Average 75.3 POSTS Per Day, And Have 2,320 Posts In Less Than 2 Months...But Go Ahead...Blame It On Freepost. =)) This Kid's Lame.
Omigosh, The Beatles Were Influenced By Someone Who Was A Satanist! Whoohoo! That Must Mean They're Evil! Hahaha You Fucking Idiot. Just Because He Was A Satanist Doesn't Mean That's What They Acknowledged Him For, You Remedial Shit Stain Cock Leech.
trycki 03-28-2006, 02:24 AM Well shit we're all on the Rapworlds forum; we all sinnin'.
JimmyWhite 03-28-2006, 03:23 AM ^Odd Way To Introduce Yourself.
HoBGoBLiN 03-28-2006, 04:50 AM Personally, I think onthe Sgt. Peppers album cover holds a little weight. Although you only listed around three people of around 50 present, I cant conceive any reason why figures with satanic ties would appear on the cover and listed as influences... But it doesn't specify why those people influenced them, a lot of people are as influenced by people and things they hate as much as they admire. For example somebody who is heavily criticised may use that criticism to spur them on, therefore those who doubted them in the first placed influenced them to better themselves..
Given the nature (and the relative simplicity) of the Beatles lyrics I find it hard to believe that they were ever involved in or promoted satanic worship. Their music during the Sgt. Peppers and Yellow Submarine era was fuelled by LSD more than anything, which as most should know envokes alternative patterns of thought. My feeling is that Lennon would have wanted to show both sides of the Spectrum, figures of good and figures of hate. Good needs evil to exist and all that, plus the fact he wanted Hitler alongside Ghandi supports this..
As for the Eazy E and Snoop I just feel you're reading way too much into it. Murder Was The Case was a story which just happened to include the Devil, Stephen King offered up a similar plot in the shining when the main characacter sold his soul for not his life back but a drink. Same with Eazy E, for the main part Eazy was a lyricist who depended on shock value, talking about the devil in his music, to me at least, doesn't suggest anything less sinister than him talking about getting drunk and high then knocking his girlfriends father out.
It's a good theory, no doubt plausible in some cases but I disagree with your views in this instance.
.Con. 03-28-2006, 06:08 AM ^^ good theory ..
As for the whole topic .. having people who are believed to be or are satanists does not necessarily mean the beatles were influenced by satanism .. but then again .. they may have been - can't just be a coincidence that about 7 of them were there .. ( as jimmy stated ) .. so it depends actually on how you see it .. or how you wish to see it ..
yes .. it can be true .. but it can equally be false .. consider the white stripes' album title " Get behind me Satan " .. that does not signify theyre influenced by satan .. but theyre just showing off ..
its 50/50 really ..
JimmyWhite 03-28-2006, 05:19 PM At Least Some Of You Put Thought Into It.
