Cheers for adding the info but i already knew it mate....pretty well known fact.

Anywho, the book is genius and Bram Stoker's Dracula is pretty good even though it did start two people who should never be allowed to act, Keanu and winona ryder.

05-24-2006, 01:24 AM
^ Monster was sick, it was written like a movie script and shit? I liked 1984, To Kill a Mockingbird, Night was cool, Back on the Road by Che Guevera, I read the Da Vinci Code on my own time. Fahrenheit 451, Of Mice and Men, Animal Farm, The Jungle was good. Chronicles of a Death Fortold was really good too, Lord of the Flies was awesome. I can name more. I just like reading. I just have to say one thing: Everyone here who raps, writes rhymes, poetry, whatever. Just remember that books are our greatest asset, don't forget that. Expand your mind and vocab.

IDK Know its a tough call for me. I got two favorites. One is the dictionary, that book was sick. We we on Q...and then when I turned that page and R was next it was such a shock, I wasnt expecting it. The other favorite is definalty Confession of a Heiress by Paris Hilton, it taught me a lot of life lessons and values. I now realize that once your dog becomes to big to carry it it a purse, you must sell it for as much money as possible. But if I had to pick one I would say the dictionary.

I think my faovirte book I've read so far is

Night by Elie Wiesel

It was about him surviving through the Holocaust. Ever since I've read that book it's opened up my eyes a little to my surroundings. It taught me that it's not humain to judge people by looks, sexual status, religion etc...it's a good book.

I remember getting into Edgar Allen Poe at one point, only the stories I could just about make sense of though, like The Cask Of Amontillado, The Tell Tale Heart, Gold Bug, The Pit And The Pendulum, and that one where the guy gets buried alive. He was good with describing mental shit like paranoia and panic, plus he had some good twists and plots.

Mostly Shakespeare's plays (As You Like It, Hamlet, MacBeth, Romeo & Juliet, Richard III, Antony and Cleopatra, Julius Caesar, Measure for Measure, etc); lots of Poe (Cask of Amontillado, The Tell-Tale Heart, Some Words With a Mummy, The Black Cat, The Pit and the Pendulum, etc); "The Great Gatsby" by Fitzgerald; "The Metamorphosis" by Kafka; "Things Fall Apart" by Achebe; "To Kill A Mocking Bird" by Lee; "The Haunted: Tale of a Mediator" by Cabot; "Intimacy" by Kureishi; "Misery" by Stephen King; "Tuesdays with Morrie" by Albom, etcccccccccccccccccc.
