can anyone recommend a good ps2 game, i havent played on my ps2 in ages, well inface i havent played on it scince september when i got my psp i havent even looked at it, i was thinking of buying a game for it but thought i'd ask which one would be the best one to get.

so please gimme some recommendations,

Resident Evil 4 if you ain't got it, class game

I guess it depends what kinda games you like best

If you want to play for a long time, get GTA:SA.

If you like action adventures, get God of War.

I could care less about sport games.

Everybody's Golf is cool but only because I'm half decent at it, but it's fun collecting all the accessories and unlocking the different players and courses

Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, I bought it sometime last year and I'm still playing it. Great game and it's addictive.

the new Madden if ya like football
Final Fantasy X and X-2 if ya like RPGs
and always Kingodm Hearts if ya like that Disney/Final Fantasy stuff. :)

For sports Im feelin NHL 2006, Madden 2006 and Fight Night Rd 3
First person shooters, Black has to be the best game for that to date..but Call of Duty the Big Red One is dope aswell..
And RPG's Id have to say Prince of Perisa the Two Thrones is the dope right now..if you like that shit..

good game.. i completed it within a day or 2.. but still gotta do sick mode.. i like how u can just free roam, sticker slaps and bmx in this one.. although once i completed it, i made stupid mistake of lending my mate it and he ended up in prison a few days later so aint seen my game since, also mark ecko's, fairly easy to complete is the downside, but overall a good game in my opinion but has had mixed reviews

Yeah Tony Hawk's American Wasteland Story mode is quite easy, and online play is quite good, I own everybody. :D I was thinking about getting Mark Ecko's but I just didn't get it, I might get it soon though.

i'll kick your ass at online play if i ever get my game back, i've been a tony hawks fan since the very first one got released, i'm the combo king :D

lol, the first one I got was Tony Hawks Underground 1.

i had every single one so far, i complete them.. get bored.. sell them... miss them.. then buy them again.. lol best by far in my opinion is tony hawks 2.. and american wasteland.. another good game is bmx xxx.. not the best of bmx games, but has some kick ass tunes and some funny missions.. along with agressive inline..

tony hawks 2.. the oldskool ones, i liked it how they started off with the first game and you couldn't manual or do reverts etc.. then the more tony hawk games they released the more shit you could do, but nowadays stuff gets a bit farfetched, although sometimes farfetched is good cuz you can make up some real sick lines and combos

another game would be devil may cry 1 & 2.. little bit slow to get into, but once you get so far in the game it has great gameplay.. aswel as nightmare creatures.. a dope zombie killing game

Yeah some of the tricks are a bit unrealistic too like the boomarang but they are funny to watch. I wouldn't of been able to get a good score without manualing and reverting, that would of been annoying.

it was all about the grinds and special flip tricks back then, like boneless 900's out of a vert and straight on to the grinds and keep doin rotation flip tricks while your on it to get your combo up as quick as you can

another game i used to get addicted to was the ssx snowboarding series.. once again the tricks have become farfetched.. but love to have mini tournaments with mates

I have SSX On Tour and I didn't play it much mainly because I didn't know what was going on. lol I couldn't really keep control of the snowboarder and the tricks weren't that good. Waste of £30 in my case really.

i got the ssx on tour for the psp, i might get tony hawks american wasteland, i don't play resident evil ones even though i thought the movies were alright, silent hill 2 might give that a go and as for godfather, i played that before but it isn' the game for me

i used to play the final fantasys all the time, but once i complete them i can't be assed doin it all over again.. loads of stuff to do in these games though and its a game you can mission it on for days or in some cases weeks :)

yeah the game is legendary, i'm the combo king, i challenged everyone in my area at who can get the highest score in different time limits and everytime i kicked ass lol i love all my skating, bmx and inline games.. along with a few surfing and snowboarding games.. i've never even played pro evo 5 yet.. i have pro eve 3 though.. i used to mission on that game for hours on end

I bought King Kong for PSP yesterday, had a quick go last night but I got scared lol, seems pretty cool though!

i was playin that about a week ago round my brothers flat, seemed pretty cool, my bro had almost completed it so was kinda hard to get used to, i mostly spent my time setting things on fire and stuff lol

Yeah it seems quite difficult as far as the controls and things go, I'm looking forward to being able to play as King Kong though - that sounds really cool!

Pro Evo is the Holy Grail and I am the carpenter who carved it!!! Can't beat that game for pure rivalry, I haven't bought a Pro Evo since Pro Evo 2 but I play against my mates all the time. I am King!!!

Pro Evo just shits on Fifa for fun, Fifa should be banned until they've copied Konami's framework for the gameplay on Pro Evo...

I played Kong some more last night - and I got to the part where Kong takes Ann away - wahey I saw Kong, it was cool. Also I was pretty impressed with myself that I had gotten that far (with a lil help from my bf) :)
